The co-operation and good will of Parents are the most essential components of a
salubrious Parent- Teacher relationship. The School needs the involve¬ment of the
Parents in all kinds of its activities that are aimed at providing excellent educational
opportunities for the Pupils and also in identifying their talents and skills.
Sometimes Pupil may find matters related to the School not to their expectation
and bring such matters to the attention to the parents. They may also find them¬selves
seriously wronged. A proper understanding of the situation is required to draw any
conclusion on such matters. Therefore, parents are requested to notify such matters
to the School authorities and withhold their judgment till they get a clear picture
of the whole situ¬ation. Much confusion and misunderstanding can be avoided by such
timely prudence and patience.
Parents and guardians are requested to co¬operate with the School in the observance
of ail Rules & Regulations lay down below and those announced, by the School authorities
time to time. Parents are requested to keep in touch with the head of the institution
and Teachers regarding the progress, attendance and conduct of their children.
PROGRESS REPORTS
Progress Reports are issued to the Parents to enable them to make an assessment
of the:, progress of their wards in studies.
COMMUNICATION
Parents and Guardians are requested to mention the standard and division of their
child in their; correspondence with the School. They are also requested to inform
the School authorities about the changes in the address if any.
MEETINGS:
Parents and Guardians are requested to participate in the meetings of the Parents
and Teachers arranged by the School authorities. The inability to participate In
any of such meetings should be informed early in time.
The Parents and Guardians are requested to look in to the following matters:
- Sending the Children to School regularly and on time.
- Encouraging them to do their home assignments.
- Helping them to do their lessons daily at home.
- Promotion of reading habit and co-curricular activities
