Notice and Circulars
- The School time is from 9.15 a.m. to 4. P.m. All Saturdays except the Second Saturday
of the month are working days.
- Pupils must be in their class room by the first long bell at 9.15 a.m.
- Pupils are expected to speak English in the class room and in the Campus.
- During intervals and play time pupils should not go out of the School premise.
- Pupils may not be called on the phone during class time. Visitors will not be permitted
to see any pupil during class hours. No pupil shall be called to the office without
the permission of the Principal
- Every Pupil is expected to be courteous in talk and behavior. He or she should speak
honestly and frankly and never be shy but cheerful.
- He/she must use polite expression and show good manners in conversation.
- Pupils should greet the teachers and elders and among themselves
- Pupils should not do any damage to School Property. They should not write on or
disfigure the walls. Furniture or Library Books. Those who cause the damage will
be liable to repairing it at their own cost. Each class will be responsible for
looking after the class property
- Pupils must be dean in their habits and be neatly dressed. The Uniform must be dean,
well pressed and complete. Pupils coming in untidy dress, with shabby hair, improper
footwear etc. may be refused admission to class.
- Wearing School Uniform is obligatory under penalty of exclusion from class room.
But pupils can wear color dress on Birthdays.
- In attentiveness, indifference to study, discourtesy towards any member of the staff
or any act which j affects the discipline and tone of the School will be seriously
viewed and in extreme cases they are sufficient reasons for immediate dismissal.
- The conduct of the pupils inside and outside the School will be watched by the authorities.
Disorderly behavior either inside or outside the class j| will be called for stem
action.
- Pupils are not allowed to wear costly jewels or j Ornaments except ear rings in
the School.
- Keeping their belongings is the responsibility of I the pupils. They should not
leave their books, Tiffin boxes, Umbrellas etc. carelessly either in the class rooms
or in the school precincts.
- Children suffering from infectious/contagious diseases are not allowed to attend
the school.
- Every Pupil must take part in school games and j other activities unless declared
physically unfit or accepted by the Principal.
- Every Pupil is required to put in attendance of not less than 90% of the total no.
of Working days in the School year. Unauthorized absence of 15 days will lead to
the removal of pupils name from the rolls.
- Pupils who absent themselves from examinations except for a given reason will be
considered as having failed in the subject/ Examination
